Masters Fitness Lessons
Greydogs Masters offer morning and lunch-time Fitness Lessons. These sessions are 1 hour long and 1.5 to 2.5km sessions are prepared and swum. These fun and informative sessions are designed to improve technique, fitness, strength and speed in all four strokes. We like our swimmers to be versatile and all-rounders (reluctant to use the word well-rounded), although the emphasis of these sessions is on Freestyle and Open Water Swimming.
During these sessions we strive to impart knowledge and share tips on swimming efficiently and effectively and share insight on stroke dynamics.
